  • 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due one-week before your event. If your event is within one week, the full amount is due at the time of booking.

    Picnic reservations include a 2-hour experience. The latest picnic begins at 6pm and must conclude by 8pm. Additional time may be added for $25 per half hour or $50 per hour, subject to availability.

    No date is reserved until the required payment has been received. All payments are non-refundable.

    • Themed decor

    • Low picnic table(s)

    • Pillows/seating

    • Picnic basket

    • Silverware

    • Glassware

    • Plates

    • Letter board with personalized message 

    • Table games (Connect-4, Tic-tac-Toe, and Uno)

    • Food and drinks are not included. You may bring your own food and drink, but you are responsible for picking up all trash. 

  • We monitor the weather closely and will reach out if any concerns arise.

    In the event of inclement weather, you may reschedule or receive a rain check valid for 6 months.

    Inclement weather includes but not limited to;
    - Chance of rain 20% or more on the day of the picnic and moderate to heavy rain
    - High winds with gusts exceeding 21 MPH
    - Severe thunderstorm, tornado watch and lightning
    - Snow

  • Picnic bookings are located at Dorothea Dix park, Downtown Cary park, lake Crabtree park, or Raleigh Rose Garden.

    We can help you select a location depending on the experience you are looking for.

    If you have another location in mind or would like us to host at your private residence, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.

    We require a flat, clean, & accessible location for setup. You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits for your chosen location

  • We love bringing your vision to life!

    Every picnic/event can be customized to match your theme, color palette, and celebration. Customizations may be subject to availability and any additional fees will be communicated prior to booking.

    We also offer add-ons such as speaker rental, canvas painting, framed photos, and more to make your experience unique.

  • All payments are non-refundable unless a picnic is cancelled by Tables & Vine. 

    You may reschedule within 48 hours of the picnic. In the event of a rescheduling, the client will have 60 days to select a new date.
