Booking & Deposits
Booking & Deposits
A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due one-week before your event. If your event is within one week, the full amount is due at the time of booking.
Picnic reservations include a 2-hour experience. The latest picnic begins at 6pm and must conclude by 8pm. Additional time may be added for $25 per half hour or $50 per hour, subject to availability.

We monitor the weather closely and will reach out if any concerns arise. In the event of inclement weather, you may reschedule or receive a rain check valid for 6 months.
Inclement weather includes but not limited to;
- Chance of rain 20% or more on the day of the picnic and moderate to heavy rain
- High winds with gusts exceeding 21 MPH
- Severe thunderstorm, tornado watch and lightning
- Snow
Locations
We require a flat, clean, & accessible location for setup.
You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits for your chosen location. 
Setup & Cleanup
Setup is typically completed 1-2 hours before your event.
Teardown is completed after your booking time. 
Customization
We love bringing your vision to life!
